I have called this Basmati Rice Chicken Stir-Fry meal: Doomsday Rice. Watch the video to find out why.
This is Meal #3 in the PromoterHost “Bachelor Meals” series. In this video I cook and explain the versatility of rice (specifically basmati rice); promoting the fact that it is affordable, easy to keep and will be a fantastic “staple” food if there is ever a major calamity or disaster that makes food to come by. If you’re stocked up on rice, you’ll be so thankful you had the hindsight.

This meal is also great for bachelors, as it is simple to cook. It is also perfect for bodybuilders, as there is plenty of protein, along with carbs and vegetables.
I didn’t think to call the meal “doomsday rice” until I got half way through making it. However, rice really is a fantastic doomsday/prepper food that everyone should stock up on.
I also suggest oats! Oats are also very good for you and keep for a very long time. Oats are also great for bachelors (looking for a quick meal), as well as bodybuilders. Heaps of bodybuilders have oats for breakfast.
