There’s nothing like fruit and berries to get some nutrition into you. I like to have a berry breakfast smoothie to energise me for my day. Throughout the day, I pretty much don’t consume anything with sugar in it. I don’t even put sugar in my tea. I pretty much don’t eat sweets or junk food, except on the very odd occasion. So, I don’t begrudge myself some fruit sugars.
I am actually of the opinion that fruit sugars are very good for you, and is completely different to processed sugars. I also don’t mind a bit of honey now and then too. I also believe honey is very good for you and can’t be compared to processed sugars.
