If you don’t count the 15 minutes you wait for the rice to boil, the actual cooking time for this quick meal takes 5 minutes. The cost is about $2. It’s got heaps of protein. There’s protein in the basmati rice, as well as the tuna and the eggs. You can also make this meal with beans. Beans and rice make a complete protein. I will make a vegetable version as well as a bean version in future.
